Commentary:
I don’t think I’ve ever eaten tapas but I certainly have heard of the word before. I knew it was a Spanish dish. What I was surprised to learn was that it had an English meaning was well. Small food! I will now be calling all small food I eat tapas. More than likely. Just to confuse my Hispanic friends. Also one thing to note, this is a plural noun. Which means a single piece of a group of small food is called a tapa!
